How Amy’s Journey Began
Amy’s journey into Primitive Reflex Integration began with her son with special needs. Seeing the transformational impact of reflex integration on her child’s learning and development, she made a career shift to help other families experience the same success.
Her company, Brain FUNdamentals, reflects her belief that learning and reflex integration should be engaging, effective, and fun!

Yvonne Gilbert is a dedicated Brain FUNdamentals Facilitator with a strong background in Early Childhood and Special Education. She brings:
A Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood & Special Education
29 years of teaching experience working with children from Preschool through 8th grade
Hands-on experience as a Personal Care Attendant for an adolescent with significant special needs
Extensive work with children diagnosed with Autism, ADD/ADHD, and Down Syndrome
Ongoing training toward her Brain Gym® certification
A Passion for Helping Children Thrive
Yvonne was introduced to Primitive Reflex Integration in 2021 and was immediately drawn to its transformative potential for children and families. She was especially inspired by how the movements can be done actively or passively, making them accessible for all individuals.
As a Brain FUNdamentals Facilitator, Yvonne is committed to helping children and families be, feel, and do their best by using movement-based techniques to improve learning, behavior, and overall well-being.
